I don't understand why a) MV didn't say, "I'll call the police/hotel to come/confirm who you are before I open the door," and b) why the testers couldn't say, "OK, call the testing authorities to confirm us," or "OK but call in & we'll return at 6 AM," leaving no time for PEDs to clear her system [contains quote post or other embedded content]
